Sometimes, you just know: this isn't it.
For Stevanne, that moment came in April 2024. She left her corporate job, spent a few weeks in Norway and decided to take a completely different path. With the mindset of, "If it doesn't work out, it doesn't work out. So what?" she took the leap and started building her own business.
No more grey corporate offices. Instead, she created a business that truly reflects who she is, where pink takes centre stage, books can be tied with ribbons, and creativity has all the space it deserves.
That sense of freedom is reflected in everything she does, even her logo. The mountains have always been a place where Stevanne feels at peace and most like herself. During a trip through the Rocky Mountains in 2023, the idea of starting her own business began to take shape. Then, while surrounded by the mountains of Norway in 2024, everything clicked. She knew exactly what she wanted to do. Since then, autonomy, adventure and making a meaningful impact have been at the heart of her business.
Not Just Inspiring, But Creating Action
As a certified leadership coach, Stevanne works with both individuals and organisations. She is particularly passionate about helping women build confidence, set healthy boundaries and make choices that truly reflect who they are.
Her message is simple: trust what feels right. Everyone is creative, some more naturally than others, but when you give yourself the freedom to be who you are, the best ideas begin to emerge.
And those ideas deserve more than a folder on your laptop.
Why Print Still Matters
That's why printed materials play an important role in Stevanne's coaching. From day one, she's used printed workbooks, handouts and reminder cards. Not as extras, but as an essential part of the learning experience.
"Paper gives you something to hold on to."
A workbook you can hold, write in and flip through helps lessons stick. A reminder on the bathroom mirror or an exercise printed on paper encourages people to come back to it and put it into practice.
Stevanne also notices that participants engage much more actively with the material when it's beautifully presented. She wants every workbook to feel like a gift: something to pause and appreciate. Personal, meaningful and well worth keeping.
Creative Freedom Within Every Brand
Stevanne also develops tailored coaching programmes for organisations. As part of these programmes, participants receive custom printed materials designed specifically for each client. She combines her own creative style with the company's visual identity to create workbooks and resources that feel both personal and on-brand.
That's what makes the result so powerful. The materials are instantly recognisable to the organisation, while still reflecting the energy, creativity and fresh perspective that define Stevanne's work.
What's Next?
Although Stevanne admits she doesn't take enough time to reflect on everything she's achieved, she's accomplished a lot in a short space of time. She built her own business, created The Boundaries Bootcamp, coaches both individuals and groups, and launched her podcasts. She credits the unconditional support of her friends and family for helping her take those big leaps: "Having that support makes all the difference when you're making life-changing decisions."
And she's far from finished. Her plans include growing The Boundaries Bootcamp into a large-scale event, helping even more people, expanding both The Boundaries Bootcamp Podcast and The 1-2-1 Podcast, and, ultimately, writing her own book.
Not a book filled with abstract theories, but an honest account of her own experiences, combined with practical tools that readers can start using straight away. Because the right moment doesn't simply arrive, you have to create it yourself. And that's exactly what she hopes to inspire others to do, just as she once did.
