Are you a regular customer?

We highly value our regular customers and are fully committed to strengthening our relationship with them. We believe in collaboration and giving each other the space needed to achieve the best possible results in the long term. Although we are a true e-commerce company, we always offer the opportunity for a personal conversation to ensure everything is well-aligned.

Discounts

Our policy is not to offer fixed discounts, as we already operate with very low prices. These low margins are crucial for maintaining a high level of service and quality. However, if you place more than one order every two weeks, we can consider custom arrangements. We will specifically review your ordering behavior, products, and documents to determine if you qualify!

If you place orders weekly, the webshop will still apply the higher tier discount associated with small quantities, even though you are a high-volume customer. It is possible to arrange fixed tier discounts.

Repeat Orders

You can easily reorder items you've previously purchased through our website. It’s important that you are logged into your account to do this. Once logged in, go to 'Orders' in the top right corner, click on the items you wish to reorder, and a shopping cart will appear. By clicking on it, you can specify the quantity and add the items back to your cart.

If you placed the previous order using a guest account with the same email address, you can merge the guest accounts under "Orders."

Favorites

Very convenient if you order frequently: favorites! You can pin (save) items so that with just one click, you have the right product configuration. You’ll find this button when assembling the item in the far-right column. You can also view your saved favorites under your profile. When you start assembling a new product, your favorites will be displayed.
