Different finishing options for your manual

Supplying your manual
Margins: allow a safety margin of 15 mm on the binding side and 5 mm on the other sides.
File setup: submit your file as a single PDF with separate pages, all in the same format.
Full cover spread: if you want the spine of your manual printed, supply the cover as one spread with front, spine, and back on a single page.

If you are unsure about the finish, start by thinking about the format. Smaller formats are convenient on the go, while larger formats offer more space for explanation. Also choose a binding that suits how the manual will be used. A spiral binding lies completely flat and is ideal for writing. A perfect binding looks cleaner and more professional. If you want lined paper, include this yourself in your design.
