Due to the large number of orders, only regular customers can place an order. You can sign up for the waiting list

It can be that simple

What does the "waiting list" mean for my order?

Every day we work very hard to print, produce, and prepare all orders so that you can pick them up or, so that we can hand them over to the postal service. But every now and then it may happen that we face a backlog, and in that case we activate the waiting list.

Sometimes there is a sudden (unexpected) surge: a huge peak in orders or machines breaking down. When we notice that too many orders are facing delays, we activate our waiting list for new customers. This way we can maintain accurate delivery times for current orders.

Of course, we work as hard as possible to prevent the waiting list. But unfortunately, sometimes there is no other option. So what does this waiting list mean for you as a customer? Our regular customers can still place an order by logging in. The waiting list applies to new customers. When you sign up for the waiting list, you will receive an email as soon as it is possible to place orders again.

Customers with a registered (guest) account can still place an order during the waiting list. It is important, however, that you are logged in to your account. Have you previously ordered with a guest account? Then you can convert your account to a registered account via the ‘forgot password’ option and then place an order as well. Orders from logged-in customers will be processed as usual.

Unfortunately, we cannot give a time estimate for waiting lists, but we always try to clear them as quickly as possible.
