I ordered a reader and I am really happy about the product I received and the communication and delivery. My previous reader which I also ordered at Printenbind had quite some printing errors which they missed in the final check. I was a bit disappointed then, but this time I am really happy with the product!

Great quality prints. I also really appreciate the new glossier 350 grams paper (compared to prints I made in 2020). The delivery was timely, and it's really nice to be able to see the steady progress of the various different documents I asked to be printed. I also asked for single sided, double sided, colour and B&W prints on various kinds of paper, and everything was done exactly as asked (no mix-ups).

Fast reliable quality – stickers for snowboard

Fast reliable quality with good service. I ordered stickers next-day delivery. Put the stickers on my snowboard. They stick well even in the snow and cold. After 2 weeks snowboarding they're still perfect. The team also helped me change one incorrect file before printing. Appreciated that!

products were all printed in good quality and for one I recieved a sample, which is really great that they're offering that option. only thing that bothers me a little bit is that for the stickers (cut out per piece) they don't use the bleed for the border, even tho I requested it. I wouldn't mind if I use them for personal use, but as I sell them it doesn't really look good, when the border is half printed, half empty.

Ordering for the second time. Products were sent on time. Although some of the prints have ink stain, the customer service was great. They responded promptly and are re-sending new prints to me in two days.

Boardgame cards

Ordered a set of custom made cards to augment a boardgame, on thicker paper to match the orignal cards. Very easy to navigate website, with tons of options and lots of information. Pleasantly surprised by the fast production and delivery time (2 days), I even got a photograph sent after printing! Step-by-step updates on my order throughout the entire process. In retrospect I made some amateur mistakes for printing professional cards. The information is covered on the website (e.g.: CMYK printing) but I didn't heed it. I will definitly be ordering another batch of cards in the near future. Thank you printenbind.nl!

Expectations

On the website they have very broad scala of options how you want you file edited. The only littel backlash had to do with the time between placing the order and receivement. On the other hand, they use high standards on quality and intregity. Also, the prices are very acceptable for what you get. Overall, i surely would recommendate this company when you're keen on quality.

For the second time I orderd at Print en Bind. The website helps you thrue the proces well. Everything is very clear and easy to use. After confirming and paying for your order, every step goes very smoothly and will be confirmed by email. My printings were packed well and delivered with no damage.

Great customer service! Initially, the upload of my pdf did not work on the website. However, I was quickly contacted by a member of the team and the issue was resolved. I then received a photo of my order before it was shipped! This was a nice touch, an opportunity to see if anything was obviously wrong with the prints, which there wasn't. We are very happy about the service. Clear website and instructions to upload text. Clear list of options. The handling is very smooth and the user is posted about every step in the process. Shipping is also excellent. The printed result has great quality. Once, a mistake had taken place in the binding. This was immediately rectified at no cost and with an apology voucher. Just great!

Last order was disappointed. I found difficult to maker orders with several pages. website should indicate in different way when an upload needs review. There is an extra service ( with cost) for extended review however general checks should be always done to ensure the prints are correct before sending. it is true that once you get an issue the team is willing to help however we suffered delays because of that.

I’ve been using print en bind for about 2 months now and I’m satisfied with the service... website looked a bit overwhelming to me in the beginning but if you read properly then all will be fine. I also used their chat for a question and was answered within a few minutes.

Excellent experience, please make extra packaging an option

Printenbind provides excellent service, I can totally recommend it. What I would like to ask is to make the excessive extra package an option, which I can refuse. One of the reasons why I decided not to buy printer for my home office and become a client of printenbind is that I believe this is a more eco-conscious choice for occasional uses. But when I receive a simple document wrapped in extra cardboard and plastic, I feel that this goal is compromised. I understand that sometimes extra protection is necessary, so I suggest to make it an option. I believe that in most cases the post envelopes provides enough protection.

Christmas postcards

Hi, thank you for your service. I m very happy with the result. Only one thing I don't satisfy, postcards are not enough glossy. And it would be nice if I don't need to cut white lines or change picture's size, better if it is automatically in the website. The rest is fine. Thank you.

Good Print Quality and Quick Delivery

I am happy with this service as it was a quick and easy way to make a custom Christmas card. Would recommend, and order from them again!

Speed delivery is just an expensive normal time delivery.

I ordered business cards with extra fee for speed delivery, but didn't receive them on time. So I payed extra for no extra service. The quality of the business cards is very good.

My order was okay

My order was okay. There were a few points I didn't enjoy as much: the square cards are ordered did not allign when folded (it already is an issue with A6 too but it was negligible, now it was more difference in between). One side was longer and most of them sticked out also from the top. Secondly, the preview could be better in the website or guidelines on what kind of resolution is needed (if too big maybe less quality?) since some parts were kindof pixelated (not their fault but i couldn't see beforehand). Also, square envelopes were stuck from inside, which I had to release to sides by hand before putting in the cards. Lastly, the loose tryout cards on top created a line on some of the cards because of pressing in the middle.

Cutting edge without cutting corners!

A nice website with lots of useful features even after u order. Open and direct about prices and also cheap! They did warn about the margins on cutting the business cards when using a frame border however I didn't listen and now I do have cards with different edge thickness on different sides. But i am still happy with the end result!

Delayed order

It said my order will arrive on Saturday. Then I came to pick it up on Monday and it wasn't there. When I called them they said they don't know what went wrong. Now I got another notification that it's ready to pick up. The girl on the phone was very nice and my order was not urgent so it's fine for me this time.
