Whenever we want to send out flyers or cards, we simply export a file from our own system containing the recipients' details (such as addresses, URLs and personalised specifications). We then upload this file to a form. From that moment on, the print materials are automatically produced and shipped. All we receive afterwards is a single consolidated invoice each week. Three simple clicks and it's all taken care of.
