Choose the finishing of your employee magazine
You can choose a sturdy cover and thinner inside pages, rounded corners, glossy coating on the cover, and much more. This way, you can fully customize the appearance of your employee magazine! While magazines are often printed in A4 or A5 size, you can also choose a different size. Employee magazines are always folded and stapled. If you'd prefer a glued cover, you can find that option under the "book" product.
Submitting your employee magazine
Margins: Be sure to account for a minimum margin of 5mm to ensure your text is fully readable.
Number of pages: Your file for a magazine must consist of at least 8 pages. The total number of pages must be divisible by 4 due to the folding process. If your file is not divisible by 4, we will add extra blank pages at the end of your file.
File format: Submit your file as individual pages; we will convert these into printable spreads.

We love good paper combinations! For a sustainable look, you can combine an eco-fiber cover with 90g novel inside pages. If you really want that glossy magazine feel, we recommend using glossy paper (off-white 170g) with a glossy coating on the cover.
Another favorite is adding a matte lamination layer to your magazine. It gives a luxurious finish while also extending the lifespan of your employee magazine.
