We will staple the staff magazines on the folding line (see image). Please submit your file with a number of pages that is divisible by four. This allows us to print every page nicely on both sides. In addition, we request that you always provide separate pages and not spreadsheets. Otherwise we cannot process the file. The back is squared so that your staff magazine is nicely flat (see image).

The finishing of your staff magazine

• We can print your staff magazine in almost every size. A4 and A5 are the most common. Check the online order form to see if your desired size is possible.

• Because a professional appearance is important for a staff magazine, we would advise you to choose at least 100 grams paper. You can also choose 160 and 250 grams paper. Or choose one of the special papertypes for unique staff magazines!

• We would recommend to print the cover of your magazine on a heavier paper type, so that the inside is protected properly. If you prefer to have your entire magazine printed on heavier paper, it is also possible.

• Print your staff magazine in full-color or print only the cover in color. A fully black and white magazine is also possible. The spine of your staff magazine is pressed in a square, so that it is flat while being opened or closed.
