What should I do if I have complaints about the delivered order?
We do our utmost to deliver your order as good and complete as possible, but unfortunately sometimes something can go wrong. Our customer service will gladly look into the cause and find a suitable solution for your complaint. For efficient handling, you can contact us via klacht@printenbind.nl. With a good investigation, we can better assess what went wrong, which is why we can still ask you to send an email via chat or telephone.

Delivery method
What should I do if my order does not arrive (on time)?
We strive to deliver all orders to the parcel services on time, unfortunately, delays can sometimes occur due to external factors. If delivery is delayed, please contact the selected parcel service. If the order is delayed during the production process, please contact our customer service.
What is the standard delivery method?
The order will be delivered by PostNL within 24 hours as standard, provided there is no delay. If you are in a hurry with the order, you can also opt for urgent production. We will then ship the order the same day if ordered before 1 p.m. You can also choose other forms of delivery such as: morning delivery 10 a.m. certain, evening delivery, PostNL collection point, courier or international.
Can my order be delivered abroad?
We deliver worldwide: price and delivery time are shown during the ordering process and depend on the country and weight.
The standard delivery times of 48 hours do not apply abroad.
Can I still change my delivery address, delivery method or delivery location?

Are urgent deliveries possible?
Yes, if the order with the production option "rush" is placed before 1PM, it will be processed and shipped (or can be picked up) the same day. For this, 20% extra will be charged.

Sure! You can track the status of your order on the 'status' page in your account. If the order is shipped you will receive a Track&Trace of the package!

What actions are currently running?
We work with graduated prices. This means: the more you order, the lower the price. Our services are offered for the lowest possible price. That is why we can hardly change the price.

What are the shipping costs?
Of course, you pay nothing when you come to collect your order. The price may differ per chosen delivery method, the prices are shown when composing the order.

What is the PEFC quality mark?
PEFC is an acronym for Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification. This international quality mark guarantees that wood and paper products come from a sustainably managed forest and that this forest is maintained. Every 5 years, the standards for the PEFC quality mark are re-evaluated and revised. In this way, the sustainability of the products is carefully monitored.
What is the FSC quality mark?
The abbreviation FSC stands for Forest Stewardship Council. The international, independent FSC quality mark ensures that raw materials for wood and paper products come from responsibly managed forests, with full attention for the people who depend on the forest. All major environmental and development organizations recommend FSC. This makes FSC unique. So choose FSC wood and paper and contribute to the protection of forests worldwide! What is the European Ecolabel?
The European Ecolabel indicates that a product, in this case paper, has been produced in an environmentally conscious manner. In order to be allowed to use this quality mark, a company must meet strict criteria, such as for emissions to water and air and energy consumption. In addition, chlorine gas may not be used as a bleaching agent. This is all checked by an independent party. Products with this label are sustainably produced with a lower environmental impact.
What is the ECF quality mark?
ECF stands for Elementary Chlorine Free. Paper is sometimes bleached to prevent yellowing and to give the paper a certain whiteness. With ECF certified paper, no chlorine is used to bleach the paper, but a compound of chlorine and oxygen. This compound is much less harmful to the environment.
Blue Angel quality mark?
The Blue Angel or Blauer Engel - seal of approval, is a seal of approval of the German federal government. It is a strict and independent seal of approval which sets strict standards for environmentally friendly products. It guarantees that the product is less harmful to the environment without being a danger to health or a reduction in quality.
