Different Finishes for Your Manual
Manuals are commonly printed in A4 size, but A5 or A3 sizes are also available. If you have a manual in a different format, check our online ordering module to see if we can print and bind it for you. Choose the type of paper for printing your manual: 80, 100, 160, 250 gsm paper or 350 gsm card.
Submitting Your Manual
Margin: Ensure a safety margin of 15 mm on the binding side and 5 mm on the other sides.
File Format: Submit your file as separate pages of the same size in PDF format.
Continuous Cover: If you choose to have the spine of your manual printed as well, please submit your cover as a spread. Read here how to do that!
Our Tips
Not sure about the finish? Consider which size best fits your needs; smaller formats are convenient for on-the-go, while larger formats offer more space for information. Also, think about whether you want a spiral binding or a glued binding. A spiral binding allows the manual to lay completely flat, making it ideal for writing on both pages, while a glued binding provides a more streamlined and professional appearance. If you want lined paper, you need to include this in your design.
