Submitting your card
Margins
Text margins are important to prevent text from being cut off during binding and to maintain readability. For cards, we recommend keeping text at least 5mm from the edge for best results. This prevents text from being too close to the edge and protects against cutting deviations during the printing process. This keeps the layout neat and professional.
Provide contour line
It is important that you supply your file with contour lines. This allows the cutting machine to recognize where to cut your design. We have written a handy explanation for you on how to add this to your design. Read on this page how to add a contour line to your design!
Submit folded map
Submit your folded card as 4 separate pages in order: front, inside left, inside right and back. An alternative is to submit your card as spreads (2 pages next to each other on 1 sheet). But this is only possible if you submit exactly the right size. For an A5 card you would have to submit spreads in A4 size.
Delivery times
Standard within one workingday!
We don’t like to keep you waiting: our standard production time is just one working day. Place your order before 6:00 PM, and it’ll be ready the very next day. You can easily track your order status through your account on our website.
Need it even faster? Choose the express option. If you order before 1:00 PM with express selected, we’ll produce it the same day and ship it out immediately, most customers receive it the next day.
Got more time and want to save some money? Go for our budget production. Your order will take 4 working days instead of 2, but you’ll get 10% off your entire order. A great option for larger print runs without a tight deadline!
