During office hours from Monday to Saturday we can be reached by telephone. On Sundays and in the evening you can send us an email. As an additional service, we also have chat opportunities during office hours. For a quick question or maybe a comprehensive personal answer, you reach us through this chat.
We try to deliver your package as soon as possible. We use PostNL that will deliver your order at home or will make use of pick-up points where you can pick it up from 8.30 a.m. You can also choose to pick up your order at our own location on the Kabelweg in Amsterdam. If you want to make use of an even faster delivery, when ordering please choose for an urgent order. This gives your order priority over others, and we accelerate delivery.
Tracking your order
With your personal order number, you can always track your order at any time. You can clearly see in which part of the production process we are with your order. For major status updates, you will automatically receive a message by email or text message. On our website you can register as a customer, so you do not have to fill in your information every single time you place an order.
