We try to deliver your package as soon as possible. We deliver your packages via PostNL that will deliver your order at home (morning or evening delivery possible) or will deliver it to one of their pick-up points where you can pick it up from 4 p.m. You can also choose to pick up your order at our own location on the Kabelweg in Amsterdam. If you want your order delivered even faster, choose an urgent order. This gives your order priority over others, and we accelerate your delivery.
Tracking your order
With your personal order number, you can always track your order at any time. You can clearly see in which part of the production process we are. For major status updates, you will automatically receive a message by email or text message. On our website you can register as a customer, so you do not have to fill in your information every single time you place an order.
